Missouri State men’s basketball announced its non-conference schedule on Friday with the regular season tipping off Nov. 10 at Western Kentucky.
"We have a competitive non-conference schedule that will prepare us for The Valley," Bears head coach Paul Lusk said in a news release. "I love this group and I'm looking forward to the season and competing for a championship."
A higher emphasis has been put on non-conference scheduling after the Missouri Valley Conference got weaker due to the departure of Wichita State.
Fans will get their first look at the 2017 Bears on Oct. 28 during the Bears’ Maroon and White Scrimmage.
