The Lady Bears have made yet another addition to the roster for their upcoming season.
Missouri State announced the signing of juco standout Ifunanya Nwachukwu on Saturday afternoon. She is a 6-foot-2 forward from Lagos, Nigeria and Chipola College in Marianna, Florida.
Nwachukwu was the No. 12 ranked overall player and third-ranked power forward at the junior college level, according to Dan Olson Collegiate Girls Basketball Report.
"I'm thrilled about the addition of 'Nanya,'" MSU head coach Amaka Agugua-Hamilton said in a release. "Her sweet spirit and genuine soul shines through in every encounter.
