Evansville has a long bus ride to Southern Illinois on Saturday — it still won’t be enough time to forget about what Lady Bears’ forward Abi Jackson did to them on Thursday night at JQH Arena.
Jackson bruised the Purple Aces for a season-high 31 points on 13-of-22 from the floor and Missouri State cruised to 99-57 victory. The Lady Bears (21-5, 12-3) never trailed en route to their sixth-straight win and will close the home schedule on Saturday when Indiana State visits JQH Arena on Senior Day.
