First-year Missouri State head coach Dana Ford will not be suspended following his ejection from Wednesday night's loss to Northern Iowa.
That means Ford will be allowed to coach Saturday's 1 p.m. home game against Indiana State.
"The conference considers the matter closed," Missouri Valley Conference assistant commissioner Mike Kern told the News-Leader in an email Thursday morning. "There will be no further punishment or reprimand for Coach Ford."
Ford was ejected from the game Wednesday after being hit with a double-technical with 2:23 left remaining and the Bears down 53-41.
