Missouri State football will reportedly go to Lawrence in 2027.
FBSchedules.com reported Monday that Missouri State will travel to play Kansas on Sept. 4, 2027.
Missouri State will receive $500,000 for the game, according to the report.
The Bears and Jayhawks have played twice in their history with both games being played in Lawrence. Kansas won both games with a 44-24 game in 2002 being the most recent.
The addition of Kansas to the 2027 schedule goes along with a non-conference home game against Murray State in the same year.
In 2029, the Bears will travel to Columbia to play Mizzou.
