Missouri State football adds commitment from three-star QB Hess Horne

Missouri State appears to be adding more youth to its quarterback room.

Three-star quarterback Hess Horne tweeted Tuesday afternoon that he has committed to play football in Springfield.

The Eufaula (Alabama) High quarterback is a Class of 2021 prospect. He also held an offer from South Alabama with 247Sports listing Auburn, Florida Atlantic and Mississippi State as teams that were interested.

This past season, Horne passed for 3,040 yards, 35 touchdowns and six interceptions. He completed 62.9 percent of his passes. According to his MaxPreps page, he passed for 7,325 yards, 79 touchdowns and 22 interceptions over the last three seasons.
