Missouri State extends Amaka Agugua-Hamilton as Lady Bears head coach

Amaka Agugua-Hamilton took over the Lady Bears program with high expectations. After two years as head coach, she's blown away those expectations and now she's being rewarded.

Agugua-Hamilton will receive a two-year extension that will keep her as the head coach of the Lady Bears through the 2025-26 season. Her base salary has been increased to $300,000 for one year with incremental increases for each year thereafter through year five. Additional adjustments were made to her achievement payments.

Her pay increase was funded through private donations.

Agugua-Hamilton's extension comes after two historic seasons in charge of the Lady Bears.
