One of the most disappointing seasons in the Missouri State baseball program's history has come to an end.
Missouri State fell 10-9 on Thursday afternoon to Southern Illinois in the loser's bracket of the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament in Normal, Illinois.
The Bears finish the season with a 20-36 record — setting the program record for losses in a single season.
This season will mark the first time since 2016 the Bears didn't qualify for the NCAA Tournament.
