Missouri State’s baseball season is just under three weeks away, as the NCAA season is set to begin Feb. 19.
It is unclear who the Bears will play when the season starts, but the team is confident they will be ready for whatever the early season schedule will bring them.
The Missouri Valley Conference has not yet released the non-conference schedule, but it has released the plan for the conference schedule. For the first time in nearly 20 years, MVC teams will play a four-game series during conference, instead of three. Weekend series will now include a double-header on Saturdays, with Friday night and Sunday games.
