In the back halls of Bass Pro Shops, the Stanley Cup was making its way to the main part of the store where fans patiently waited.
Fans dressed in St. Louis Blues sweaters stretched around the different aisles of the store. Some had arrived in Springfield from all over as early as 3 a.m. just to get a few seconds with the cup.
The Stanley Cup — enclosed in a case as it made its way from a private photo shoot at Wonders of Wildlife — was carried into the main part of the store.
