Stephan Jaeger got a lot more media attention than usual last week.
During the first two rounds of the Web.com Tour's Ellie Mae Classic in northern California, Jaeger was paired with Golden State Warriors star point guard Steph Curry.
"There was probably a couple hundred to 500 people on the first two days, for sure," Jaeger said. "A lot of cameras."
Jaeger was 13 strokes better than Curry in two rounds last week, and he is hoping for another strong showing when he hits the links this week for the Price Cutter Charity Championship which runs Thursday through Sunday at Highland Springs Country Club in southeast Springfield.
