The Missouri State lacrosse team’s season came to a disappointing end on Friday, April 30.
The Bears faced a 6-8 Robert Morris University-Illinois team in the first round of the Great Rivers Lacrosse Conference Division II Conference Tournament, hosted by Washington University in St. Louis.
Despite having a strong offensive core and balanced scoring all season, the Bears fell 19-7 to the Eagles who were the No. 1 seed in their respective division.
The team finished their season with a final record of 6-5, an upgrade of last year’s record of 5-6.
But do not let the record fool you.
