BOLIVAR – Bolivar had just let a six-point lead turn into a five-point deficit with under two minutes to go in a district title game against Springfield Catholic.
Fightin’ Irish star guard Zach Howell was in the process of hitting nearly every shot he took.
But for star Bolivar guard Kyle Pock, it was all under control.
“I just trust my teammates,” Pock said. “I know every single one of those guys, and if they shoot it, it was a good shot.”
The sophomore calmly led his team into a position to tie it near the end of regulation, 50-50.
