Kickapoo senior Ari Acuff finished 11th in a 20-player field at the 2016 Junior Girls Four State Championship at St. Joseph Country Club.
Acuff was one of just five players selected to play against all-star teams from Iowa, Nebraska and Kansas in the two-day tournament that wrapped up Wednesday.
Kickapoo’s top player carded rounds of 83 and 87 for a 36-hole score of 170, which put her in a four-way tie for 11th place. Missouri finished in fourth place with Iowa winning the tournament.
Acuff qualified for Team Missouri by finishing in fourth place at the 2016 Missouri Women’s Golf Association Junior Amateur Championship at Tanglewood Golf Course in Fulton.
