In what could have been another easy Missouri Valley Conference win for the Missouri State Bears, Bradley University proved they are better than it’s 1-9 conference record suggests.
In set one, BU got out to an early lead, scoring five of the first six points. The Bears took their first timeout early in the set, but it paid off.
The Bears quickly gained the lead following the timeout and controlled it for the remainder of the set, winning 25-17.
The second set saw the Bears take an early lead, but the Braves quickly shifted momentum and kept the lead for the rest of the set, eventually winning 25-20.
