Following more than a year of legal battles, a judge ruled for a road leading to the Finley River to reopen.
The low dam at Lindenlure has been a popular swimming hole and a nearby road has served as a Finley River access point for paddlers for years. However, in March 2020 a landowner closed the river access by blocking it with a fence and large concrete blocks on land he owns at that location.
