Missouri State men's soccer coach Jon Leamy remembered the times he "meandered" his way over to his boss's office to deliver the vision he believed in with all his heart.
Leamy saw what the university was capable of. He saw the growing campus, the improving facilities and the people on his staff.
He saw the potential in his soccer program that not many else did.
"It's possible Missouri State can win a national championship," Leamy said. "I believe that with every bone in my body."
MSU Athletics Director Kyle Moats remembered being taken aback initially.
