State-championship-winning Kickapoo head coach Jim Pendergrass has departed the Lady Chiefs basketball program, Springfield Public Schools Athletics Director Josh Scott confirmed to the News-Leader.
Pendergrass will become the head coach of the Nixa freshmen girls' basketball team, Nixa varsity girls' head coach Jennifer Perryman confirmed.
