Ryan Beard announced 13 new signees to Missouri State just three days after he was introduced as the football team's new head coach.
Beard did not lose a single verbal commitment following the departure of former head coach Bobby Petrino, who took over as the offensive coordinator at UNLV last week.
Beard and his staff that had been recruiting under Petrino have been following the same recruiting plan that was set in place for this offseason. The new batch of players includes a handful of Missouri's top high school prospects including quite a few from this area.
