It might not be the Bass Pro Tournament of Champions, but the one-year event called the "Springfield R-12 Winter Classic" features a ton of local talent that reminds you how special area basketball is.
The three local programs participating in the event — Greenwood, Kickapoo and Hartville — each have top-tier players who are destined to put on a show.
