Ames has turned himself into one of the best linemen in the area after a standout sophomore year when there were some expectations on him heading into the season. The 6-foot-1, 260-pound interior lineman is stronger than those across from him and it’s almost funny watching defenders try and run through him. He should only continue to get better as he becomes an upperclassman.
