The Lady Bears are going dancing.
For the first time since 2016, Missouri State is headed to the NCAA Tournament thanks to a 94-79 win over nationally-ranked Drake in the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament championship game on Sunday afternoon in Moline, Illinois.
This feat comes in a season the Lady Bears had one senior and one active junior all the way through conference play.
In her sixth season as head coach, this is the second time Kellie Harper — the 2019 MVC Coach of the Year — has led the Lady Bears to an NCAA Tournament.
