Following a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Bolivar's Tri-Lakes Fly Fishers will host an expo in Clinton.
Slated for April 9 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Benson Convention Center, 1008 E. Sedalia Ave. in Clinton, the free expo will host 36 expert fly tyers from several states as they demonstrate their skills and techniques. Fly shops, guides, outfitters along with about 20 other vendors will be in attendance, and seminars will be held throughout the day.
Terry Wilson, a member of the Tri-Lakes Fishers since it formed nearly 30 years ago, said there will be opportunities to learn casting outdoors, weather permitting.
