Glendale High School graduate Jim Julian will return to Springfield, this time as a coach.

The former Falcons baseball standout has been chosen to be Glendale’s next varsity baseball coach. Julian will move from Forsyth to replace Mike Snodgrass, who has been the Glendale baseball coach since 2012 and has been involved with the program in some capacity for more than 30 years.

Julian graduated from Glendale in 1995 and went on to obtain a bachelor’s degree from Evangel University and a master’s degree from Lindenwood University. He taught physical education and coached baseball for the past 16 years, the last eight of which were at Forsyth High School.
