One of southwest Missouri's best pro prospects in recent years could hear his name called in next week's NBA Draft.

Waynesville graduate Juwan Morgan has been trying out for teams around the league as June 20's NBA Draft nears.

The local star just finished his senior year at Indiana. He finished his career with 85 starts in four seasons while averaging 10.7 points, 5.9 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game.

In most mock drafts, Morgan isn't projected to be selected; however, there is a good chance he'll end up on a team's Summer League roster in addition to getting chances in the G League.
