Former MSU Athletic Director Bill Rowe named to Valley Hall of Fame

The Missouri Valley Conference announced Thursday that retired Missouri State baseball coach and athletic director Bill Rowe will be inducted into the conference Hall of Fame next year.

Other 2018 inductees include Lois Patton of Evansville; softball player Dani Tyler of Drake; two former track standouts in Mary Ellen Hill-Schupbach (Bradley) and Christian Goy (Illinois State); and Southern Illinois basketball player Darren Brooks, according to a news release from the conference.

The release says the 2018 inductees will be honored at a ceremony in St. Louis on March 2.

Rowe was the Missouri State baseball coach for 19 years before spending 27 years as the director of athletics.
