Former Missouri State Lady Bears standout Kenzie Kostas (née Williams) is returning home to become an assistant coach.
Kostas was announced as a Lady Bears assistant on Tuesday afternoon as she will join Beth Cunningham's staff at Missouri State. She joins associate head coach Darren Guensch on the staff.
"I am so excited to welcome Kenzie back to Springfield and have her take on a new role within the Lady Bear program," Cunningham said in a release. "It was a no-brainer to bring Kenzie home. She understands the rich tradition, the history and the success that is expected of this program.
