Six of his teammates packed up and left, but Isaac Johnson wants to stay in Springfield.

“Ice,” as he is known to friends and teammates, will be the Drury Panthers’ returning high scorer when he steps on the court in November. Johnson started all 28 of the Panthers’ games in the 2016-2017 season. He was second on the team in scoring, with 12.4 points per game.

Six players announced their intent to transfer from Drury in March 2017, shortly after the men's basketball season ended.
