Sean Fitzgerald enjoys being a part of building a team into a contender, and that's what he is hoping to do at Missouri State.
Fitzgerald, a 6-foot-2, 290-pound offensive lineman, told the News-Leader on Tuesday morning that he will sign with Missouri State.
The Mount Pleasant, Michigan, native is a transfer from Coastal Carolina. He will have two years of eligibility with the Bears starting in the fall.
"I'm just thankful for the opportunity," Fitzgerald said. "It was a pretty easy decision to make."
Fitzgerald said Coastal Carolina wasn't going to pay for his school going into the 2020 season and he still wanted to play football while also pursuing his MBA.
