Former Aurora star Wyatt Sparks' signing bonus revealed. Was it worth skipping a career at MSU?

It took Wyatt Sparks a few weeks to decide whether he wanted to play professional baseball in the Texas Rangers organization or play for Missouri State. In the end, he decided to skip school and go pro.

The former Aurora Houn Dawg star signed a deal with a $125,000 signing bonus, according to MLB.com.

Sparks told the News-Leader before signing that it was one of the most difficult decisions of his life.

Sparks was one of six players selected in the 23rd round to receive a $125,000 signing bonus.
