Football home opener moved up due to storms

Missouri State’s football home opener against Lincoln has been moved to an 11 a.m. start time on Thursday, Sept. 6. Thunderstorms have been predicted in the forecast for Thursday evening.

Parking for the game is no longer blocked off due to classes being in session. BearFest Village tailgating and the ESPN3 broadcast are canceled. However, the game will air on KTXR and MSU Bears Radio Network affiliates, according to a news release from the university.
