Even without Coach Mox, No. 17 MSU Lady Bears blow out Evansville

No Mox? No problem.

Missouri State (19-2, 15-0) cruised to an 87-54 win over Evansville (6-15, 2-14) on Friday in southwest Indiana.

Lady Bears second-year head coach Amaka Agugua-Hamilton did not travel to Evansville with the team due to a back injury. Assistant coach C.J. Jones is serving as the acting head coach for the final series of the regular season.

The Lady Bears dominated in seemingly every aspect of the game.

Both Jasmine Franklin and Sydney Wilson scored 16 points. Franklin grabbed nine boards as Wilson added four 3-pointers. Elle Ruffridge scored 14 points thanks to her four triples.
