Drury Athletics Director Corey Bray saw what Molly Miller did a year ago and he knew he needed to start looking for a successor.
The Lady Panthers won their first 35 games before falling in the Division II NCAA Tournament semifinals. Miller was also named the national coach of the year and her name was already floating around for Division I openings.
Bray started to gather a shortlist just in case someone hired Miller away.
A year later, Bray had to use that list but he didn't have to look far.
