Despite high expectations, Logan-Rogersville is stunned sitting at 0-2 after loss to Seneca

Special to the News-Leader

It was a very tense scene as Logan-Rogersville (0-2) head coach Mark Talbert stood in front of his team after Friday’s 35-21 loss to Seneca (2-0).

“High energy and emotion are not going to be enough guys,” Talbert said to his team. “We are going to have to go to work in all areas, starting in the film room.”

The Wildcats had high expectations coming into the season after a 7-3 (5-0 Big 8) finish last year. Now sitting at 0-2, Rogersville is sitting in an unfamiliar position.
