NORMAL, Ill. — The last time Missouri State won a basketball game at Redbird Arena was in 2011 — the last time the team won the league.
On Tuesday night, the Bears finally ended that streak.
Missouri State (8-8, 2-1) overcame a poor start to beat Illinois State 67-63 in Normal, Illinois.
Keandre Cook scored eight points in the final two minutes of the game to help lead the Bears to victory.
