BYU tops Missouri State basketball in seesaw thriller

BYU held on in a Wednesday night thriller to beat Missouri State 66-64 in Provo, Utah.

A back-and-forth saw neither team lead by more than a possession in the final 9:27 of the game. Out of a timeout, Oklahoma transfer Alston Mason tied the game at 64 with a layup with 7.2 seconds left. The Cougars responded with a Dallin Hall jumper to take the lead with 1.5 seconds to go and it turned into the game-winner.

Chance Moore led the Bears with 18 points and 11 rebounds. He knocked down three shots from deep.
