BUFFALO — Fireworks loudly went off just outside the stadium before the game, but the real fireworks came from the explosive offense on the field.
And Buffalo quarterback Jamen Smith was the one lighting it up.
The do-it-all quarterback did... well... a bit of everything while leading the Bison (2-0) to a 49-0 shutout win over Forsyth (1-1).
"There's a lot of things I can say about him," Bison head coach Ed Phillips said. "But he's the best athlete on the field most of the times and he shows it on the field every week."
