Things are relatively quiet around Missouri athletics this time of year.
Thankfully, there is nowhere near as much uncertainty as one year ago amid the coronavirus shutdown, and spring sports have returned in full swing for 2021.
After splitting its season between the fall and spring, Missouri volleyball made its sixth straight trip to the NCAA Tournament, and the Tiger women's soccer team sent Bryan Blitz out on a high note with a home victory over Kansas on April 17 before the only head coach in program history announced his decision to step aside.
