Prior to tip-off, the three seniors, guard Dorrian Williams, forward Camyn Boone and forward Loomis Gerring were honored. Only the two forwards got to suit up, but it was Williams who was on Bears' head coach Paul Lusk's mind after the game.
"I'm literally sick to my stomach for Dorrian Williams," Lusk said. "I've felt that way for a couple weeks. Beyond missing him from a basketball standpoint, to be a guy that's been here for five years and everything he has given to the program... For him not to be able to finish his career and play out there, it's a hard pill to swallow for all of us.
