If the Missouri State Bears were to get a redo on the season opener, Wednesday night was a good time to cash in on it.
Some 33 days after their worst game of the season in an 80-65 loss to Oral Roberts in the season opener, the Bears put forth their best effort in at least the last two seasons in the rematch at JQH Arena.
The result was an impressively dominant 85-66 victory over the Golden Eagles before an announced crowd of 4,079.
And a big lift for a team that is hitting the road to face Valparaiso on Sunday.
