Bears fall 58-17 to Oklahoma State

STILLWATER, Okla. -- A packed house in Stillwater, Oklahoma turned loud quick as Oklahoma State marched its way to an early lead Thursday night to start the college football season.

The nationally televised contest started the opposite way for junior quarterback Peyton Huslig and the Bears.

A 10-yard completion to senior Jason Randall started play for the Bears in the first quarter — their only competition in the first 15 minutes.

The Bears gained a total of nine yards in the first quarter on 10 plays.

Huslig returned to pressure in his face, getting sacked or hurried three of the next six pass attempts.
