Now losers of eight of their last 13, something is off with the Bears.
Missouri State (15-9) lost their third straight game in a 3-1 loss to Oral Roberts in their final dress rehearsal before opening up Missouri Valley play on Friday.
“Right now, our approach isn’t where it needs to be at all,” senior second baseman Aaron Meyer said. “We’ve been kind of like a broken record lately and we need to change the track.”
Oral Roberts held a 3-1 lead in the fourth inning and that wouldn’t change.
Missouri State had four hits on the night, but they weren’t able to put two together in a single inning.
