When Anthony Tolliver isn't playing basketball or hanging out with family, the former Kickapoo Chiefs star has gotten heavily involved in real estate along with NBA colleagues.
And he has a new place up and running in Nixa.
The Memphis Grizzlies power forward, along with his childhood friend Kelly Byrne, have created Say You Can, LLC. The two have developed student housing around the Missouri State campus.
Their newest development is Black Rock, a luxury apartment community in Nixa for 55-and-older residents. Tolliver, in an interview with the News-Leader, called them "high-end" and said there are multiple units available.
