When Drury head coach Steve Hesser announced his signing class for the 2017-18 season, he pointed out that most of the newcomers were “position-less” players — individuals that you couldn’t define as a guard or a forward because they could perform a variety of roles on both ends of the floor.
Andrew Ballock has been the perfect definition of that “position-less” player and is a big reason why the Panthers are 10-2 and 3-1 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference.
The Eudora, Kansas native is the team’s second-leading scorer, averaging 10.4 points. He leads the team in rebounding, averaging five boards per game, and he also leads the team in assists, averaging 3.
