Eli won four of his five matches at 145 pounds in this past weekend’s Staley Duals Tournament at Staley High School. Eli suffered his first loss of the season to Payton Price of Blue Springs. Price is the No. 5-ranked 145-pounder in Class 4 in the state according to RankWrestlers.com. Eli is ranked No. 18.
Krystal Caylor and Kayla Herron
Kickapoo swimming
Caylor and Herron each qualified for the state championship meet in two individual events and on one of Kickapoo’s relay teams Friday night in a meet at Foster Natatorium.
