De’Runnya Wilson has played his last game for Mississippi State and will forego his senior season to enter this year’s NFL Draft according to Instagram posts from him on Friday.
“Ended my college career,” the junior wide receiver wrote in one of his posts to the social media website along with a picture of himself with teammates. “I’m going (to) miss playing in maroon and white.”
In his three seasons at Mississippi State, Wilson became one of the top receivers in school history. His 22 career touchdown catches are second all-time at MSU to the 24 hauled in by former Bulldog Chad Bumphis.
