The 2020 Mississippi State recruiting was a top 25 recruiting class, but only ninth ranked in the SEC. Athletic director John Cohen has contacted every single recruit that has signed with the Bulldogs. The recruits that have signed will need to be re-recruited and consideration will need to be given whether the recruits will fit the new coach’s system.
Recruiting to fit a particular system will be something that Bulldogs’ fans will follow with tremendous interest. The coaching search will take priority but keeping an eye on this year’s recruiting class as well as what the new coach will bring in will be fun to watch.
