Ready for a trip to Minneapolis? Mississippi State will be going to the Land of 10,000 Lakes, and the Bulldogs and their fans have nearly 10 years to pack.
The Bulldogs have reached an agreement with Minnesota for a home-and-home series in 2026 and 2027, the school announced Wednesday.
The Big Ten school will serve as host for the opening game, at TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis on September 12, 2026.
The following year, the Golden Gophers will travel to Davis Wade Stadium in Starkville for a game on September 11, 2027.
The schools have never met in football.
