Back in my day, Mississippi State allowed cowbells at baseball games. They were always present back in the good ole days. Among the smoke from the outfield and flurry of fans enjoying America’s pastime, cowbells were always present.
I graduated less than three months ago. This was back in December.
And now, as Mississippi State is finishing up the details and polishing up the New Dudy Noble Field, there is some minor controversy brewing regarding cowbells. According to a tweet at 11:00 earlier today from @HailStatebb, Mississippi State’s official account for the baseball team, cowbells will be barred from being present at baseball games.
