Status of Stevens up in the air for Saturday

Mississippi State still isn’t sure whether or not it’ll have its starting quarterback available for this Saturday’s game.

MSU head coach Joe Moorhead met with the media for his weekly press conference on Monday and said his signal caller Tommy Stevens is considered day-to-day heading into this weekend’s matchup against Kansas State. Stevens left last Saturday’s game against against Southern Mississippi with an apparent arm/shoulder injury,

“(Stevens) came through (Sunday) and got treatment,” Moorhead said. “He’s going to get some more (Monday).

“We’re going to see where it goes with Tommy and how he progresses during the week.
